Extra Height for Corvette® Big Block Engines

Inglewood, CA – PML is now shipping tall big block Chevrolet® valve covers with classic CORVETTE script. These tall valve covers feature strong sand-cast aluminum construction, raised CORVETTE script and fins, and cast-in baffles to prevent oil leaks. These new valve covers are taller than stock to accommodate roller rockers.

PML designed these valve covers in response to customer demand. Corvette owners with the Chevy big block engine and roller rockers frequently use stock covers with double gaskets, which tend to leak. The extra height of these new PML valve covers eliminates the need for double gaskets and the PML valve cover has an extra thick flange (over 3/8-inch thick) with a machined surface for secure seal.

These valve covers are available in four finishes: as-cast, black powder coated with shaved fins and script, Chevrolet orange powder coated with shaved fins and script, and polished. PML also makes a stock height Corvette big block valve cover with a brake booster cutout on the driver side. The valve covers are made in the US and are licensed GM products.
