Shipping and Return Policy

Before you order, check your vehicle! PML charges a 20% restocking fee. Shipping, Machining, Specials, and Custom Orders are NOT refundable.
PML cannot guarantee a part will fit. Make sure you are getting the correct part. PML provides information on fitment and year/make/model applications as best we can but there are many variations and configurations. Verify that you have the transmission, differential or engine that you are ordering for. Count the number of bolts, check the shape of the stock part, look at what is over, under and next to it. Make sure you have clearance for a larger aftermarket cover or pan.
We want our customers to be happy and receive a part that fits and works well so our website has lots of information, dimensions, and pictures of installations. Here are details about our Returns Policy:
- Returns or exchanges must be processed within 30 days.
- Restocking fee is 20%.
- Specials and custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged. These sales are final.
- Machining is not refundable. This includes machining for a temperature sending unit or for PCV or breather holes.
- Returns must be in new condition. This means it must be exactly the way it was shipped.
- You must contact us before returning a product.
- No COD returns will be accepted.
- Shipping is not refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise contact us immediately.
Orders are processed Monday-Friday during normal business hours.
Most items are in stock and orders generally shipped in same day or next day. We ship UPS Ground and shipping takes 3 to 5 business days. UPS charges are based on the Ship To address. We will email a copy of the receipt and the UPS tracking number when the product ships.

If an item is not in stock, you will be contacted with an estimated ship date.
International Customers: Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org since the web store will not accept orders outside the US. Let us know the part you are interested in, vehicle and shipping information. We usually ship via the US Postal Service and use PayPal for payment.
We strive to be 100% accurate in all we do. If there is an error in the description or price we will do our best to make it right but it will be within our discretion how to handle it.
No information, data, or photographs on this website may be copied, transmitted or otherwise used without our written permission.

Shipments to California will be charged sales tax.
Please provide the "Bill to" address exactly as it appears on your credit card billing statement. During our online real time authorization process the "Bill to" information you provided will be validated against the information on file with your credit card issuing company. This is to help prevent fraud. Also to prevent fraud, our webstore will request the security code on your credit card. This is the three digit value found on the back of Discover, MasterCard or Visa or the four digits on the front of American Express.
Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships.
If you find that you have made an error in your order, please notify us immediately by phone or email. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to correct it. However if the merchandise has already been shipped, we will be unable to modify any portion of your order.
Providing your contact information (including email address) allows for credit card processing and lets you receive information on your order, such as the UPS tracking number. We do not sell or provide customer addresses to other companies or organizations.
Most of our products are in stock. If you place an order for an item that is not in stock, we will contact you via phone and/or email. Your credit ard will not be charged until the item ships.
Orders of in-stock merchandise ship in 1-2 business days. UPS Ground shipping is generally 1-5 business days (longer during holidays). Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. If your order cannot be shipped within 30 days of the date of your order, you will be given the option to cancel your order. You will receive email notifications as your order is processed.
