These valve covers are on special because one cover has a defect with the flange and the other cover has a discoloration.
On the first cover, the lip of the flange on the inside is missing in a small area. The length of the missing lip is about 1/2 inch. The lip is very thin in that area. The lip of the flange helps keep the gasket in place during installation. Since only a small piece is missing, the functionality is not affected.
The other cover has a discoloration on the front, below the CORVETTE script.
A custom PML set of gasket and new mounting bolts are included.
These covers can be machined for breather and PCV holes but you must call to order for this and there is a machining fee.
