These valve covers are on special because of cosmetic defects. Some of those blemishes are pictured and described below.
One cover has a letter 'a' that was dameged during polishing. This cover also has large than normal porosity next to the bottom fin and near the bolt holes as well as some scratches and rough areas.
The other cover has a letter 'c' that is slightly misshapened. It also has some scratched area on the flange.
Covers do not have same coloration. One cover has a more yellow tone, especially between the script and fins.
A gasket is available.

This special should fit and function like a regular part.
