About Us

PML designs, manufactures and sells specialty automotive products. We have been in business since 1986. We are proud to say that 2026 marks our 40th year of business. PML is a small company, owned and run by David Tolin, President of PML. Located in Inglewood, California, we design and manufacture our products here in Southern California and proudly stamp MADE IN USA on our castings.

We are members of SEMA (Specialty Market Equipment Association) trade organization and ATRA (Automatic Transmission Rebuilders Associate). Our products are designed and manufactured in the US.

PML began as an engineering and inspection company. We were able to offer our clients high quality products through the use of product visualization, virtual and rapid prototyping. In the 1990s, we started designing and manufacturing our own automotive products. Our choice to focus on the automotive market was a conscious decision to do what we love to do. In fact, the first products we manufactured we made for ourselves.

We keep it simple with both quality products and quality customer service. We answer calls and emails and welcome feedback from customers. We apply our engineering knowledge to ensure the highest quality design and materials. Check out our products and let us know what you think.
