Differential Covers

PML makes our front and rear end differential covers to handle the stressors of towing, hauling, recreation, restoration, and racing applications. We do this with straight-forward, practical designs. PML does not feature our logo or name on our covers, just solid engineering and construction.

Overheated, low or contaminated fluid leads to differential failure. Drain holes on PML covers make servicing easy. Although features vary by application, PML differential covers are engineered with several performance and serviceability advantages. Their shape closely follows the factory cover while maintaining an open interior that promotes proper oil circulation. Increased oil capacity, raised cooling fins, and sand aluminum construction aid in heat dissipation for lower operating temperatures. Thick-wall construction adds strength to the differential housing and the precision machined gasket flange resists distortion when the mounting bolts are tightened, providing a secure, leak-free seal.

PML covers look great. We offer a choice of finishes: natural as-cast or black powder coated with brushed fins. Customers can paint or powder coat a natural as-cast finish cover for a custom look.

PML offers differential covers for vehicles with American Axle, Chrysler/Dodge, Dana, GM, Ford, Sterling and Torsen axles.

All PML differential covers are designed and manufactured in the USA.
