These valve covers are on special because of cosmetic blemishes.
One cover has a sloping dent between the C and the h.
The other cover is missing material at the end part of the script after the "t".
This gasket is available and recommended: Gaskets for Small Block Chevy Engine Valve Covers
New mounting bolts are included.
Holes can be machined for PCV, breather and oil fill. There would be a machining charge for this and it must be ordered over the phone. Link for PDF on PCV and breather holes.
