This part is on special because of blemishes on the flange.
The blemishes are on the machined sealing surface. There are a few small areas of porosity, small holes like tiny pin pricks. These look funny, but will not cause any problems.
New mounting hardware, plugs, and a magnetic drain plug are included.

This special should fit and function like a regular part.
