PML designed this Buick Nailhead valley plate cover for motors with a dual 4 barrel intake. The PML base model valley plate cover is completely finned across the top and the fins in the center area need to be removed for clearance. PML machines the area to remove the fins and provide that space to accomodate a dual 4 barrel intake.

    Benefits:

    • Heavy duty construction for strength
    • Fins for a classic appearance
    • Sand cast aluminum
    • Compatible with dual four barrel intakes
    • Mounting bolts included
    • Made in USA

Engine configurations vary. PML cannot guarantee fitment.

Customers have let us know that this model should work with the Elco 3x2 Intake.

PML makes a valley plate for the Buick Nailhead V8 in several models to accommodate various engine configurations. All valley plate models feature heavy duty construction for strength and fins for a classic appearance. Like all PML parts, our valley plates are sand cast aluminum and made in the USA.

    Buick Nailhead V8 engines include 1953 to 1966 Buick 264, 322, 364, 401 and 425 motors.

Note For Engines With the Elco 3x2 Intake: Customers have let us know that this model should work with Elco 3x2 barrel intake.

Engine configurations vary. PML cannot guarantee fitment.

    Finishes

PML offers two finishes: the natural cast finish and the polish finish. For the polish finish, the outside and top of the fins are polished but the area between the fins is not. This gives a better contrast and the fins stand out. Read about finishes and construction of PML parts.
