PML designed this PML transmission oil pan for the Nissan RE5R05A on:

    • Titan, 2004 to 2015
    • Armada, 2004 to 2015
    • Navara, 2005 to 2015

Vehicle configurations vary. Always check the transmission and clearance before ordering.

NV owners: NV Vans, 2012 to 2016, may be able to use this pan. We've heard that NV cargo and passenger vans are based on the TItan and have the RE5R05A transmission.

Many other Nissan and Infiniti trucks, cars, and SUVs use the RE5R05A transmission and may be able to use this pan.

Needing More Clearance: PML also makes a less deep RE5R05A pan for trucks with skid plates, cars, Frontier and Nissan SUVs. See PML part number 11101.

7 Speed RE7RO1A: See PML Part Number 11156, product under consideration/in development.

Titan Trucks with Aisin Transmission: See PML part number 11142.

Nissan Navara is similar to the Frontier in the US. Pan has black powder coat finish and is machined for 1/8 NPT. Our thanks to Fizan for the pictures.

    Filter and Gasket

The filter on the RE5R05A is a screen, and it bolts on to the valve body of the transmission so no filter supports or extensions are needed.

This transmission pan works with stock gaskets. These are usually about $25 from your local Nissan dealer. The Nissan part number 3139790X0A (2007 and newer) or 3139790X00 (2003 to 2007) for Titan trucks.

    Temperature Sensor

This pan has a boss that can be machined and tapped for a temperature sending unit.

The standard Titan transmission temperature gauge usually included with the tow package works independent of the transmission pan and does not need the boss machined.

The boss on this pan can be machined for use with aftermarket sensors and gages. Optionally, PML can drill and tap the boss. There is a machining charge.

    Internal Baffles, Inside of Pan

PML Nissan tranny pan, baffles  Inside of PML pan. Click on image to view larger.

PML designed this transmission pan with internal baffles. The baffles help direct oil flow to keep oil at the filter inlet, prevent sloshing, and aid heat transfer from oil to pan.
