Just 5/8 inch deeper than stock at the top of the finned area at the bottom of the cover
Number of Bolts: 14 holes, 12 large holes for bolts, 2 small holes for brackets/clips for cables

The shape of the PML cover is similar to the OEM cover to avoid clearance issues. Cooling fins on the bottom help with dissipating heat from the fluid. Drain on the bottom for easy fluid changes and a magnetic drain plug is included. Fill/level check is at the same location as the stock cover fill/level check.
Ring gear is 9.25 or 9.5.

Stock Covers
There are two part numbers for the front stock cover. Part Number 20768577 and 84756922. Covers look the same. AC Delco part numbers:
- Part Number 84756922 for 2020 and newer trucks
- Part Number 20768577 for 2011 to 2019 trucks
The OEM factory covers look the same.

PML designed this cover for the front differential on 2011 and newer GM heavy duty trucks such as:
- 2011 to 2025 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD
- 2011 to 2025 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 HD
- 2011 to 2025 GMC Sierra 2500 HD
- 2011 to 2025 GMC Sierra 3500 HD
Vehicle configurations vary! PML cannot guarantee fitment. Check your vehicle configuration and clearance available for a larger cover.
Gasket
This PML cover is compatible with the stock gasket, AC Delco part numbers 20768579 or 85742563. This GM/AC Delco gasket is a reusable gasket. Make sure it is clean and free of any dirt, bits or nicks or else that it where it will leake. Be careful that it does not bind on the bolts. This PML cover will also work well with silicon gaskets like RTV, cork composite gaskets or paper fibre gaskets.
Included with PML Differential Cover
With each cover, PML includes new mounting bolts with washers, plug for fill/level check hole, and a magnetic drain plug.

This PML cover follows the same general shape as the stock cover with some extra capacity at the bottom. Open interior is similar to stock cover.
